Values… the pillars of humanity. Every civilization, society, team, and person has its own values… they help us live in harmony, set meaningful goals and guide ourselves to a more balanced life. In ancient Greece, four fundamental values that people conserved and treasured were health…modesty…entertainment…and knowledge. This project attempts to consciously depict those values that helped the Greek culture to shape and form its own deep roots.

μηδέν άγαν – never exaggerate – chilon of sparta (6th c.BC) / exaggerated emotional acts are signs of an arrogant and uncontrolled self. we should never hide our feelings. but we should be modest and in control when expressing them.
