1 το τίμημα της ελευθερίας
ως ουδέν μείζον εστίν ανθρώποις Έλλησιν της ελευθερίας / the phrase comes from a resolution of the citizens of Priene (3rd c. BC), ancient Ionian city of Asia Minor, which states that for Greeks the most important value is freedom. The depiction is the Frankish tower on the Acropolis of Athens, with debris from the Parthenon.
